The first-generation Camaro has always been one of my hero cars. The very first model kit I ever built was a '69 Camaro Z/28, at the age of around six or seven, and the car's had a special place in my affections ever since. So I always take modified examples with a pinch of salt - I like them bone-stock, so any custom touches have to really work.
This Dutch example's made a pretty good fist of it, actually. It's not full-on pro-street, but that's certainly the direction it's headed; a full stereo install in the boot rather than, say, huge wheel tubs shifts this from the strip to the showground, but the detailed V8 should certainly deliver some thrust to those meaty rear tyres. The retro/futurist fusion of the interior is a polarising choice (I think it works, but I don't think it's for everyone), but on the whole I reckon this is a pretty kickass Camaro. Let's just hope that its cleanliness doesn't mean it's a show queen...
