Well, this is a thoroughly decent treatment for an old stacklight in its dotage. The lines of the W108 are so clean, so pure, that they require little more than a keen polish and some loving affection to keep them looking sharp.Contemporising the aesthetic is a quality air-ride install to allow the old girl to sit gangster-low, and also be raised when necessary to save the indignity of scraping her undercarriage on ramps and speedbumps. If only we could all enjoy such pampering and devotion in our twilight years.
